Art is a Guaranty aims to promote dialogue, cooperation and the sharing of intellectual capital between artists and a diverse, broad audience.
Art is a Guaranty strives for art to be fully recognised as one of the driving forces of the economy.

The mission of Art is a Guaranty is to contribute to a dynamic climate for art in the Netherlands by connecting, informing, facilitating and stimulating artists. In cooperation with our donors, our aim is to support artists in conceiving and realizing new initiatives to introduce art of the highest possible quality to a wider audience.

Art is a Guaranty is founded in 2020 by Annick Vroom and Caspar Berger. Annick Vroom graduated as director, producer and writer from the Dutch Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam. She is a filmmaker and also dedicates her time to developing new concepts for the visual arts. Caspar Berger graduated from the AKI in Enschede and Jan van Eyck Academie in Maastricht. He is a visual artist.
